
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the courses they purchase from Sheqza.net. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns policy that allows you to return your course for a full refund, provided you meet the conditions listed below.
Conditions for Returns:
- You must request a return within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the course. If you have completed more than 25% of the course, we will not be able to offer a refund.
- The course must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
- The return must be shipped at your own expense.
How to Request a Return:
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sheqza.net with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond to your request within 2 business days with instructions on how to return the course.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned course and confirm that it meets the conditions listed above, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
